Everyday use

Reflect with your AI guide

Use chat and suggestions while keeping your own judgment and boundaries.

Find guidance in your chapter #

Weave offers Sage's insights and Chat. Woven includes Ivy in its home experience. Worn provides Chat and tools that start guided conversations. Controls and context differ between chapters.

Give the conversation a useful focus #

  1. Say what you want help with: reflecting on a feeling, preparing a conversation, or finding a small next step.
  2. Give relevant context without information you do not want stored or processed.
  3. Ask for a shorter answer, a question, or another perspective if needed.
  4. Review a suggestion yourself before using it with another person.

Check the limits of a reply #

The guide is AI. It can misunderstand, miss context, or be wrong. It cannot know another person's thoughts, guarantee a match, diagnose a condition, or make a relationship decision for you.

Use suggested phrases as drafts. Ask a partner or match directly rather than relying on an AI interpretation of their intentions.

Review memory sharing #

Profile includes Weave Memory Sharing controls for how observations inform guidance. Review defaults, per-partner choices, and individual observations. Allowing context for an AI reply differs from showing someone a memory list.
