Read your Matches dashboard #
Matches brings together profile progress, available introductions, recent insights, and dates. If you are still building your profile, start with the required-question and photo indicators.
Look beyond the score #
- Open an available match and read its shared-values or compatibility information.
- Treat the score as a conversation starting point. It cannot tell you whether you will feel comfortable together.
- Use the conversation action shown when you want to begin, or pass if the introduction does not fit.

When no matches appear #
- Check that required profile and interview steps are complete.
- Review location and preferences for accuracy. Adjust them to reflect what you actually want.
- Read any eligibility or availability message. Introductions depend on other people and the current account state.
- If the page stays on a loading indicator or shows an error, use the troubleshooting guide rather than repeatedly submitting actions.
Revisit a match you passed on #
The dashboard's Rejected Pool has a Review action for matches you passed on. Open it if you want to reconsider. The actions depend on the current match state; an old introduction may no longer be available.
Use Sage's insights as prompts #
Sage's Recent Insights and Chat can help you reflect on your preferences. Review suggestions yourself before changing a profile or making a decision. AI guidance can miss context and does not speak for a match.
