Worn

Use Worn at your own pace

Reflect, explore healing tools, and choose what comes next.

Start where you are #

Healing, Reflections, Tools, and Chat offer different ways to begin after a relationship. Write a little, try a practice, or return another day.

Keep a reflection #

  1. Open Reflections and start an entry.
  2. Use prompts to explore what was good, what was difficult, and what you learned. Write only what you want stored.
  3. Save and wait for confirmation.
  4. Revisit the journal and notice how your perspective changes.
Worn reflection fields for what was good, what was challenging, and what you learned from a relationship.

Choose a small tool for today #

Tools offers practices including daily check-ins, guided reflection, grounding, perspective shifts, letter writing, milestone tracking, and readiness reflection. Read the description and choose what feels useful. Starting a tool can open Chat with that practice as a prompt.

A letter-writing exercise is for reflection. It does not mean you should send the letter.

Read progress gently #

Healing can show reflections, themes, insights, and a phase or readiness prompt. Use them to look back. These indicators are not clinical assessments and do not set a deadline for moving on.

Decide what comes next #

A readiness or next-chapter choice is an invitation, not an obligation. Choose the focus that fits and check the resulting home screen. You do not need a new account for Weave or Woven.
